All four brands: Rüdi's, Wing Drop, Hawkins Diner, and Mikos Gyros are prepared from one professional kitchen. This allows us to maximise kitchen throughput, reduce idle time, and keep operating costs low without sacrificing quality.
Orders come in directly through Uber Eats and Deliveroo. Customers browse, order, and track from the same apps they already use. We handle everything from kitchen to door.
Each brand maintains its own recipe standards, packaging, and presentation guidelines. Sessions' operational tech platform monitors quality KPIs across every order, ensuring every delivery matches brand expectations.
